Overview
This WR284 coupler can be used to sample power from the main waveguide into Type N female coaxial connectors. Two standard types of probes are available and both are adjustable: power coupling is selectable from (1) less than -60 db or (2) less than -32 db. This assumes that the waveguide is terminated into a low VSWR load. The coupler shown is water-cooled by means of a water channel on the right hand side. This coupler can provide up to four separate probes.
